- Masters Degree in Civil Law
- DEA in European Community Law
- Specialisation Certificate in Personal Rights (July 2001) and in Family Law (2014)
- Professionnel Qualifié (judge-appointed expert in divorce and ancillary proceedings since April 2006)
Memberships :
- Association of Lawyers representing Young People (‘Association des Avocats de la Jeunesse’),
- Administration Council of the ‘THEMIS’ Association: regularly requested to represent minors in both Civil (children’s interviews, Guardian representation) and Criminal proceedings
- Member of the National Association of Lawyers in Practice (ANAMJ).
Fields of Expertise :
- Family Law (marriage regimes, common law partnerships, PACS, separation, divorce, paternity, contact rights ; grandparents and other family members, change of christian name, guardianship, etc).
- Law of Inheritance and Succession (distribution management)
- Child Law (hearings before the Family Judge or the Child Judge, Right to Education)
Conference (by appointment only) :
Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 12pm, and 2pm - 6pm
In exceptional circumstances, appointments may be made during the lunch-break, or, for those living outside the Strasbourg area, on Saturday morning.
